Annoucement - Change of Venue

Sadly Wednesday 17th February 2010 will be our last evening in Parcroft School. The school is going to be demolished and unfortunately this will include the hall in which we juggle. This does not mean that we will be closing the club but purely moving our weekly gathering.

We have spent time checking out local venues and for the moment it looks as if we will meat in Bucklers Mead School from the 24th of February 2010 onwards (until further notice)

Times and day should stay the same. Wednesdays from 7pm - 9pm

Your mission, should you wish to accept it, is to make juggling and circus skills accessible to all who care to partake on a regular basis within the given locality.

The Yokel Jugglers - Juggling Club was formed early in 2007CE in order to create a safe, dry and regularly available space in which anyone with an interest in juggling, passing, poi, unicycling, diablo or any other circus skills can practice and interact with others  from the Yeovil area to swap tricks, moves and ideas.

We are a friendly group of people from a variety of backgrounds and ranging in age from 14 - 40(ish)yrs who share a common interest in all things circus. We get together once a week and throw a load of man-made objects around a big room for a couple hours before heading off to the pub to chat about how great it was.

We are currently based in Parcroft School, Yeovil, Somerset, BA20 2BR. We meet on Wednesday evenings from 7pm -9pm.

We regularly run workshops at small events and perform at private functions, all of the proceeds of which get put into the bank to cover any shortfalls in the rent for our hall.

This message will self destruct in 5 seconds.
